BST is intended for authorized users, travel professionals, agencies, businesses and other users permitted to access the platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration and booking is accurate and complete.

Access credentials are personal to the authorized user and must not be shared, transferred or used by unauthorized persons.

BST reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where unauthorized use, misuse, fraud or violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

BST may provide access to different travel-related services, including flight tickets, visa services, bus tickets and other travel services available through the platform.

The availability of services depends on the user's account permissions, supplier availability, applicable regulations and the services currently offered through BST.

A booking request does not necessarily constitute a confirmed reservation.

A reservation becomes confirmed only when the applicable booking or issuance process has been successfully completed and confirmation has been provided through the platform or the applicable travel document has been issued.

Users are responsible for entering accurate passenger and traveler information. For flight bookings, passenger names and other required information must correspond to the relevant passport or official travel document.

Users must carefully review all information before confirming or issuing a booking.

BST shall not be responsible for losses, penalties or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the user.

Flight tickets issued through BST are subject to the fare rules, conditions and policies of the relevant airline.

These conditions may include restrictions relating to:

• Refunds

• Cancellations

• Date changes

• Route changes

• Name corrections

• No-show

• Baggage allowance

• Seat selection

• Check-in

• Boarding

• Rebooking

The airline's applicable fare rules and conditions shall apply to the relevant ticket.

Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable fare conditions before completing a booking.

Airlines may change flight schedules, departure times, aircraft, routes or other operational details.

Where BST receives information regarding a schedule change, reasonable efforts may be made to communicate the relevant information to the user. BST is not responsible for schedule changes, delays, cancellations or operational decisions made by airlines.

Any rebooking, refund or alternative arrangement will be subject to the airline's applicable rules and procedures.

Failure to appear for a scheduled flight or service may result in a No-Show according to the applicable airline or supplier rules.

No-show penalties or restrictions may apply and may affect the possibility of refund, cancellation or future changes.

Users are responsible for ensuring that passengers arrive at the airport or departure location in sufficient time to complete all required procedures.

Visa-related services provided through BST are subject to the requirements and decisions of the relevant embassy, consulate, government authority or service provider.

Submitting a visa request does not guarantee approval.

The decision to approve or refuse a visa is made solely by the relevant authority.

Visa fees, government charges and service fees may be non-refundable once the applicable process has started, subject to the relevant service conditions.

The traveler is responsible for ensuring that all required documents and information are accurate and complete.

Bus tickets and ground transportation services are subject to the terms, schedules and conditions of the relevant transportation provider.

Departure times, routes, vehicles and operational arrangements may change.

Users are responsible for ensuring that passengers arrive at the designated departure location on time.

Cancellations, amendments and refunds are subject to the rules of the relevant transportation provider.

Prices and availability displayed or provided through BST may change until the booking has been confirmed and, where applicable, issued.

Prices may be affected by:

• Supplier availability

• Fare changes

• Taxes and government charges

• Exchange-rate changes

• Supplier fees

• Booking class availability

• Operational changes

A displayed price should not be considered a guaranteed final price until the booking has been confirmed.

In the event of an obvious technical, system or pricing error, BST reserves the right to review and correct the booking in accordance with the applicable supplier rules.

BST does not provide an electronic wallet or customer wallet system.

Payment arrangements are handled through the payment methods and procedures applicable to the relevant user, service or business relationship.

Available payment methods may include bank transfer, cash payment or other payment methods approved and communicated through the applicable service channels.

A booking may not be considered confirmed until the required payment or financial requirement has been completed and the applicable reservation or service has been confirmed.

Users should retain proof of payment and relevant transaction records.

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the applicable airline, transportation provider, visa service provider or other supplier conditions.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

• The type of service

• Fare conditions

• Cancellation time

• No-show status

• Supplier penalties

• Government charges

• Non-refundable amounts

• Applicable service fees

Non-refundable services may not be refunded unless the relevant supplier or applicable law provides otherwise.

Where a refund is approved, processing will be subject to the applicable supplier procedures.

Changes to a booking are subject to availability and the applicable supplier rules.

Additional charges may apply, including fare differences, supplier penalties, taxes and service fees.

A requested amendment is not considered confirmed until it has been successfully processed and confirmed.

BST may provide access to services supplied by airlines, transportation companies, visa service providers and other third parties.

Each supplier remains responsible for the services it provides.

BST does not control the operational decisions of third-party suppliers.

Supplier-specific terms and conditions may therefore apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

Users and passengers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documents required for travel.

These may include:

• Valid passport

• Visa

• Transit visa

• Entry permits

• Health documents

• Travel insurance where required

• Other documents required by the relevant authorities

BST does not guarantee that a passenger will be permitted to enter or transit through any country.

Final admission decisions remain with the relevant immigration, border or governmental authorities.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information.

• Use BST only for lawful purposes.

• Protect their account credentials.

• Review booking details before confirmation.

• Follow applicable airline and supplier rules.

• Follow immigration and travel regulations.

• Maintain the confidentiality of customer and passenger information.

• Avoid unauthorized access or misuse of the platform.

Users must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to BST.

• Access another user's account.

• Submit fraudulent information.

• Interfere with system functionality.

• Attempt to bypass security mechanisms.

• Use automated methods to overload or abuse the platform.

• Copy or reproduce protected system content without authorization.

• Use BST for unlawful activities.

BST may suspend or restrict accounts involved in prohibited activities.

BST aims to maintain reliable system availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or errorfree operation at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, network failures, supplier systems, security incidents or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

BST may perform maintenance, updates or modifications to the platform when necessary.

BST will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable services and accurate information.

However, BST shall not be responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Airline cancellations

• Flight delays

• Schedule changes

• Airport closures

• Visa refusals

• Government restrictions

• Immigration decisions

• Weather conditions

• Strikes

• Technical failures

• Network interruptions

• Supplier failures

• Force majeure events

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content, software, interface designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, text and other materials available through BST are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy or commercially exploit any protected material without prior authorization.

Personal information submitted through BST is handled in accordance with the BST Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary authorization to submit passenger or customer information through the platform where required.

BST may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, services, supplier requirements, applicable regulations or business procedures.

The updated version will become effective once published on the platform unless otherwise stated.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the platform and the relevant services.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent authorities and courts as applicable under the relevant law.

By accessing or using BST, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and any additional conditions applicable to the requested service.
